The Questions
- 1. You’ve called yourself a recovering Republican…Why should Democrats trust you as the party’s pick over other candidates who have stayed in the party throughout all of their careers?
- 2. You’ve said in a recent tweet that investing in people matters. It’s possible and it creates growth. How do you begin investing in people, especially in the times we’re living in right now? w/rebuttals by Knox, Dillard Smith, Riggs Amico, and DeJesus
- 3. Your company filed for bankruptcy shortly before you entered the race. How do you convince voters that you’re the right person to make tough economic decisions when you’ve struggled with your own business?

About the Candidates Video Debate
This Candidates Video Debate is a project of the non-partisan democratizing media non-profit, Informing to Empower. Our mission is to bring transparency, accountability and integrity to a political process now corrupted by political advertising paid for by special interest donors. We do this by empowering citizens to be the change they want to see by easily sharing, with their social and family networks, political candidates speaking about their positions on important issues. All videos are unedited except for start and stop times, providing a pundit-free forum to help voters make better-informed decisions.
