Cal Cunningham (D)

Served as a North Carolina State Senator from the 23rd district from 2001 to 2003. He is an attorney and a lieutenant colonel in the United States Army Reserve. He has a bachelor’s degree from Chapel Hill and a law degree from the University of North Carolina School of Law.
